TERMS:  Net 30 days based on approved credit.  When credit is not approved, full payment in advance is required with the order.  A late charge of 1 1/2% per month will be charged on all outstanding invoices over 30 days.  Any account over 45 days past due will be put on "credit hold".   An account on "credit hold" status must pay up to 30 day current status before orders can be released and scheduled.  Prompt payment will insure timely deliveries and shipments.

PRICES: VentureTECH reserves the right to change prices without notice.  Every attempt will be made to give as much notice as possible.

MINIMUM ORDER: First order minimums including private label products are One Case. Subsequent order minimums are $30.00 per order.  UPS orders minimums are $30.00 per order. This does not apply to samples.

SAMPLE POLICY:  VentureTECH will supply individual samples to active customers one time.  We reserve the right to charge for multiple samples and for certain types of special samples.  

BIDS:  Call for special pricing on bids for schools and government agencies.  Please allow for adequate processing time.  A copy of the bid and specifications are necessary to document the bid.  Terms of all bids will be net - 30 days. 

SPECIALTY PRODUCTS & COMPOUNDS: VentureTECH manufactures over 800 different formulations.  Not all options are represented in our price book. VentureTECH will manufacture special custom formulations to your specifications in minimum quantities of 55 gallons for liquids and 500 pounds for powder products.

WARRANTY: VentureTECH makes no warranty for use of any product, express or implied, beyond the statements on the respective labels.  All products are limited to 12 months stability warranty.  VentureTECH's liability shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods sold.  Claims must be made within 12 months from the date on the invoice and merchandise should be available for inspection at customer's facility.

TRUCK ROUTES: VentureTECH delivers on company trucks on established routes for orders of $150 or more.  Contact your sales representative or the office to see if you are eligible.  Delivery will be made to your warehouse or facility with an adequate unloading dock.  We reserve the right to refuse delivery if shipment cannot be safely unloaded. 

SHIPPING: All shipments must be made in accordance with all Department Of Transportation regulations with regard to packaging, product labeling, container labeling, vehicle placarding, and driver qualification.  It is a joint responsibility of VentureTECH and the customer to insure that DOT compliance is maintained at all times.

FREIGHT:  Orders of less than 2500 lbs. are shipped FOB Knoxville, TN as directed by customer.  VentureTECH will pay for 50% of the freight charge on orders of 2500 to 4999 lbs.  Orders of 5000 lbs. or more and less than 700 miles in distance are shipped "FREIGHT FREE". Call for freight allowances for volume shipments of greater than 700 miles. Do to economics only 1/2 of the weight of the following products can apply to this freight policy: Ice melt compounds, Oil dry, and Low grade powdered laundry detergents.

All smaller freight shipments are and will be shipped freight collect, unless prior arrangements are made.  All common carrier discounts are forwarded to the customer. 

UPS:  NO shipment of hazardous materials. We reserve the right to not ship certain orders via UPS.

DROP SHIPMENTS:  Drop shipments can be shipped under the following options:
"Freight Prepaid" where the freight bill is sent directly to you.  Your name will appear on the freight bill as shipper.
"Freight Prepaid & Add" where the freight bill is paid by VentureTECH and added to your invoice. VentureTECH will be listed as shipper, or
"Freight Collect" where the freight bill is sent directly to your customer as specified. 

You are responsible for establishing and maintaining good credit with freight carriers.  You will be responsible for return freight charges, lift-gate charges and storage charges if they apply.

Freight Claims: Title to all shipments passes to the common carrier once it leaves the VentureTECH plant and is signed for by the trucking company as being in good condition.  If shipment arrives in damaged condition or some of the merchandise is lost, it is the responsibility of the freight carrier.  Either accept the shipment, noting on the bill of lading that the shipment was received in damaged condition or that part of the merchandise is missing, and file a claim to the common carrier or refuse the entire shipment and file a claim.  Never sign for merchandise without checking amount and condition of shipment.

RETURNS: A written authorization number is required for all returns either by our truck or common carrier.  (Full credit will be allowed when we are in error.)  A 25% restocking fee, based on the cost of the goods, will be charged for all other returns along with all freight charges.

PALLETIZED SHIPMENTS: Whenever possible, VentureTECH will palletize and stretch-wrap orders.  To help service your needs and minimize freight damage, please utilize the following Standard Quantities for Palletized Shipments

PRIVATE LABELING: All VentureTECH products are available for private labeling. Full color labels are available on single or multiple case orders of quarts or gallons as well for containers of 5, 15, 30, & 55 gallons. We can include any company logos and photos that are provided by our customer or we can design a logo or use photos from our photo library.
