An extremely heavy-duty, non-alkaline, solvent-based soluble tire cleaner powder designed to be used in making a highly concentrated cleaner formulated for use in steam cleaning/pressure cleaning soiled tires in commercial car wash systems (coin-op, tunnel and truck wash).
